Designed to Book ("we", "us", "our") is a boutique interior design studio specializing in short-term rental properties, and a sister brand of EF Architectural Design. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We only collect the information you choose to share with us. When you fill out our contact form or book a discovery call, we may collect:

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide our services — and after that, only as long as reasonably necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. To do so, just email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.
This site does not use advertising cookies, and we never sell or share your data with advertisers. We do use Google Analytics, which sets a cookie so we can see aggregate statistics — which pages are viewed, roughly which country visitors come from, and what type of device they use. It is configured with IP anonymisation and with Google's advertising and personalisation features switched off, so it is not used to build an advertising profile of you. If you would rather not be counted, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on or use your browser's tracking-protection settings.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records a playback of how visitors move through the site — pages viewed, mouse movement, scrolling and clicks — together with heatmaps showing where people click and how far they read. This helps us see where the site is confusing and fix it. Clarity masks the text on the page by default, so what you type into any form is not captured, and the recordings are not linked to your name or email. Microsoft deletes these recordings after 30 days. You can opt out through Microsoft's opt-out page or your browser's tracking-protection settings.
Some embedded tools, such as the Google appointment scheduler, may also set their own cookies when you interact with them, as described in Google's privacy policy.
We are based in the United Kingdom and work with clients primarily in the United States. If you contact us from the UK or EU, we handle your information in line with applicable data protection laws (UK GDPR / GDPR), and the rights described above apply to you.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
