Seven Mile Ocean View

The owner wanted to break from the soft, interchangeable coastal look of every other rental on Seven Mile Beach and do something with real presence. We answered with a glam-meets-coastal concept led by saturated turquoise and blue, warmed throughout with metallic finishes — a palette that feels like the sea, dialled all the way up.

The personal touch makes it: across the home we hung original photography shot by the owner's friend, giving the space a gallery-like layer you can't buy off a shelf. And to take the condo from four guests to six, we specified a designer sofa bed that tucks away by day — more heads in beds, none of the clutter. The result is a two-bedroom that stands apart on a beach full of lookalikes, with a perfect five-star rating to match.
