The Lambertville Haven

The owner's goal was simple: host as many guests as possible without it ever feeling crowded. So we built sleeping capacity into nearly every room — sofa beds in the bedrooms and the living room take the house to a comfortable fifteen, while a bunk room and game room give larger groups space to spread out.

The style is contemporary, grounded in deep, durable tones chosen to wear beautifully under constant turnover. A few elements stayed at the owner's request — the wood-slat living room wall, the chandelier over the dining table and the mirror — so we designed around them, then layered in a chef's kitchen, a Mirror-and-Peloton gym and a private hot tub. The result is a 4.96-star Guest Favourite that stays booked.
