Sunset Point

The owner came to us with a clear goal — don't blend in with every other rental on North West Point — and a reference already in mind: the sun-drenched glamour of The White Lotus. We translated that into an eclectic, layered design: a confident mix of textures, tones and collected-feeling pieces that reads as designed, never catalogue-bought.

The oceanfront view is the apartment's anchor, so we let it lead — then layered in personality with bold botanical wallpaper in both the living room and the bedroom, the moments that became the listing's signature shots. To sleep four without crowding the floor plan, we specified a designer sofa bed that tucks away into the living room by day. The result is a space that photographs unlike anything nearby, and books like it: a perfect five-star rating and Guest Favourite status.
